Dukan Diet Attack Phase Food List

Below is a complete Dukan Diet Attack Phase food list. According to Dr. Dukan, you can enjoy any of the foods below in unlimited quantities (with the exception of oat bran, which has a maximum of 1.5 Tablespoons per day).

The key of the Dukan Diet Attack phase is that you are to eat only proteins. Proteins should be prepared without oil or fat, but spices are unlimited. In general, lean meats are allowed, but fatty meats are to be avoided.
