Dukan Diet Attack Phase Food List

Below is a complete Dukan Diet Attack Phase food list. According to Dr. Dukan, you can enjoy any of the foods below in unlimited quantities (with the exception of oat bran, which has a maximum of 1.5 Tablespoons per day).

The key of the Dukan Diet Attack phase is that you are to eat only proteins. Proteins should be prepared without oil or fat, but spices are unlimited. In general, lean meats are allowed, but fatty meats are to be avoided.

This list is meant to be comprehensive, but in reality, there are some types of proteins just not listed. If you’re unsure about an item, check out our other Q&A’s or contact me if your question isn’t answered here!

Remember, the more prepared you are, the easier it will be to stick with the diet! Be sure to stock up on a wide variety of proteins from the Dukan Diet Attack Phase food list before beginning the diet. For more Attack Phase tips, check out our Dukan Diet Attack Phase overview.
