One of the most challenging parts of the Dukan Diet is finding Dukan Diet recipes. When I first started the diet, I hadn’t really looked up any recipes. I just figured I would grill or bake several different types of protein throughout the day. Well, let me tell you, eating nothing but plainly-flavored meat all day is really tough!
I was able to follow the diet much more easily and feel very full once I pulled together some Dukan Diet recipes. The ones posted here are my favorites that I make again and again!
Prior to starting the Dukan Diet, be sure to stock up on spices and your favorite types of meat and proteins. You’ll find that if you have a well-stocked spice cabinet and your favorite types of meat, it is relatively easy to find Dukan Diet recipes that are both tasty and easy to prepare.
A warning about Dukan Diet recipes
As you’re cooking up Dukan Diet recipes, remember that this is a diet. That means that you aren’t going to be able to recreate decadent dishes while still staying on the diet. You’ll need to forgo certain sauces and cuts of meat for a while, but remember you can bring all of your favorite foods back starting in the Consolidation phase.
Sweet Dukan Diet recipes
Sweets are some of the most challenging Dukan Diet recipes to find. Be forewarned that nearly all sweet Dukan Diet recipes contain artificial sweetener. If you are against artificial sweetener for whatever reason, you will need to pretty much forgo sweets until you reach the Consolidation phase. I personally did not use artificial sweetener prior to this diet, but decided it was temporarily worth it to be able to stay on track.
I am always looking for new recipes! If you have one to share, kindly leave a comment!
