For those of you on the Attack or Cruise phase, you know how difficult it can be to give up sweets on the Dukan Diet! Luckily there are several Dukan-approved sweet options for all phases of the diet. Here are some of my favorites.

Before I get to the listing of Dukan Diet sweets recipes, here are a few super quick recipes for when you don’t have time to cook. If you already have a stock of jello (boxes and pre-made containers), yogurt and milk on hand, you can throw these together in a pinch!

  • Sugar-Free Jello. An absolute must-have for a quick sweet snack and very easy to transport if you’re on the go.
  • Flavored yogurt. Stir together plain nonfat yogurt and a dab of sugar-free Jello crystals (the kind you get in the make at home Jello boxes)
  • Flavored milk. Same idea as flavored yogurt. Sprinkle some sugar-free Jello crystals into skim milk and stir!
