The famous Dukan Diet galette is a staple of the Dukan Diet. This recipe is simple to prepare and allows you to easily get in the daily oat bran requirement.
Although this recipe is pretty tasty as is, I usually sprinkle in a little bit of artificial sweetener. I find that the recipe on its own is a bit to bland and that the sweetener makes me feel more satisfied after eating.
A final tip: it is super easy to burn the Dukan Diet galette. Be sure to keep a close eye on it and check the doneness after two minutes. Cooking times vary widely on different types of stoves.
Dukan Diet Galette Recipe
- 1.5 Tablespoons oat bran
- 1.5 Tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 egg or 1.5 egg whites
- Mix the oat bran, yogurt and eggs in a bowl until well blended.
- Cook in a nonstick or lightly greased pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
This recipe is for one serving, but you can easily scale up the ingredients based on the number of people. Remember to check the Dukan Diet oat bran allowance for whatever phase you are in to determine how many you can eat!
