Welcome Fellow Dukaners!

Welcome! I recently started the Dukan Diet and have lost almost 10 pounds so far! Although I read the book before I began the diet, I found that I had several questions as I tried to prepare meals and find recipes and snacks. I’ve started this website as a resource for all Dukaners (and future Dukaners!) to get their questions answered.

Please let me know if you have a question that isn’t addressed here. If you have a question, chances are that others do too!
